About WhiteOrg
WhiteOrg publishes practical, hands-on guides about the technology people use every day: security, privacy, networking, Windows, and the tools that make work easier. We started this site because most tech advice online falls into two traps — written by people who never tested the thing, or shaped by affiliate payouts more than reader outcomes. We are building the alternative.
How we work
- We test before we write. Product comparisons are based on weeks of real use on real devices, with a published methodology and the trade-offs stated plainly.
- We update our work. Every guide shows its “updated” date. When software changes and our advice would no longer work, we fix the article — not just the date.
- We show our sources. Claims about security research, standards, or breach data link to the primary source.
- We label everything. No sponsored posts, no paid rankings, no “placements.” If that ever changes, it will be labeled so clearly you cannot miss it.
Editorial standards
Recommendations are the opinion of our editorial team, formed from testing and research — never bought. When we make a mistake, we correct it in the article body and note the change. Reader feedback is the fastest correction mechanism we have: tell us when we get something wrong. Learn more about the people and process behind every guide on the editorial team page.
How the site is funded
WhiteOrg is funded by display advertising (currently Google AdSense). Advertising never influences what we recommend, which products we test, or what we say about them — our writers and reviewers have no communication with ad operations. Read more in our privacy policy.
