Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information WhiteOrg (whiteorg.com) collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.
Information we collect
Information you give us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to respond.
Automatic technical data: like nearly all websites, our hosting records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not run its own analytics profile of you.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them in two ways:
- Essential: hosting and security cookies required for the site to function.
- Advertising: third-party advertising cookies from Google and its partners, described below.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking cookies may make some parts of the site less functional but never blocks access to content.
Google AdSense and advertising partners
We use Google AdSense to display ads. This matters for your privacy, so here is the plain-English version:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info.
- Where required by law (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), a consent banner collects your choice before personalized ads are shown, as required by Google's EU user consent policy.
Comments and user content
This site does not currently offer comments. If that changes, this policy will explain what is collected and how moderation works before it launches.
Data retention
Server logs are retained for a limited period (typically 30 days or less) and then deleted. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting how ads are personalized will be reflected in the consent banner where applicable.
